For owner accounts: email, name, phone number, business details (shop name, category, address, country, language, timezone). For visitors who join a waitlist: email or phone (if requested by the shop) and association with that shop. Technically: IP address, login events (e.g. magic link), operational logs.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to provide the service (contract), sign-in via magic link, and send essential service and security notices. Where we ask for consent (e.g. marketing), processing is based on your consent.
4. Sharing with third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe — Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply. The service is hosted on infrastructure (e.g. cloud providers) that process data on our behalf under our agreements.
5. Data retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and assert or defend legal claims. After account closure, data may be kept in anonymized or aggregated form where permitted by law.
