1. Service provider

GetWhenBack is provided by Countrixltd LLC, Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: support@countrixltd.com.

2. Description of service

GetWhenBack is a waitlist and notification platform for shops. Shop owners create an account; visitors can sign up via QR code for notifications.

3. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Account and obligations

You must be 18+ and authorized to create an account on behalf of the business. You must provide accurate information and keep your login means (e.g. magic link) secure.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, send spam, infringe third-party rights, or use it for illegal activities. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Trial and billing

A 30-day trial applies. A payment card is required to start the trial. After 30 days automatic billing begins unless you cancel before the trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing and billing terms are shown in the dashboard.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and service content (other than your own content) are owned by the provider or its licensors. You are not granted rights beyond using the service in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time via your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms or for operational reasons.

10. Governing law and contact

Cyprus law applies to any disputes. For questions: support@countrixltd.com. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
